Toffee waffle s’mores

Here at The Naughty Cook we’re a great fan of s’mores and have some up with a number of different recipes. These toffee waffle s’mores came about as I looked for a way of using up some leftovers. Serves 4

Ingredients

• 8 toffee waffles
• jar of Reese’s peanut butter and chocolate spread
• mini marshmallows

Method

Line a baking sheet with parchment.

Place your waffles onto your lined baking sheet.

On 4 of the waffles dollop a heaped tablespoon of spread on each.

On the other 4 sprinkle a handful of mini marshmallows on each.

Stick under a grill until your spread and marshmallows are going soft.

Remove from the grill and flip each of your marshmallow-lined toffee waffles onto your spread-lined toffee waffles.

Squish your toffee waffles together and enjoy!
